Ginger Gregory
Head of Human Resources

Ginger Gregory joined the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) as Global Head of Human Resources in October 2005. 

Ginger has 15 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and strategic human resources gained in multiple industries as Management Consultant, Executive Assessment and Development Consultant, Psychology Lecturer and Research Analyst. Ginger’s main areas of expertise are change management, leadership development, selection and assessment, mergers and acquisitions, diversity, strategic staffing, teambuilding and metrics.

Prior to joining NIBR, Ginger had been working for Novo Nordisk since 2001 as Senior Vice President, Corporate People & Organization in Copenhagen, Denmark, and as Vice President, Human Resources in Princeton, NJ.  Prior to this, she held a variety of HR generalist and specialist positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and was a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton in the area of organization change and effectiveness.

Ginger’s educational background includes a B.A. in psychology from the Universityof Massachusettsin Amherst, MAand an M.Phil. and   Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the GeorgeWashingtonUniversityin Washington, DC. Her dissertation focused on Intercultural Negotiation.

Ginger is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Society of Training and Development.
