A critical component of the culture of science at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) is the opportunity to hear and interact with leading scientists in a variety of relevant disciplines. NIBR sponsors a Weekly Scientific Seminar Series of prominent external academic scientists who share the latest developments in their areas of expertis. These seminars are open to the public and take place in Basel (Tuesdays), in Cambridge (Wednesdays), and Vienna (various days).
