Strategic Alliances remains actively involved with each of the projects throughout its duration to foster a productive collaboration and to act as a critical interface for communication.

In evaluating external opportunities, Strategic Alliances and Pharma Business Development & Licensing work closely together. Strategic Alliances takes the lead in early stage projects. When projects include clinical stage compounds, Business Development & Licensing leads the discussion with outside parties.
