The Scientist places Novartis among its top 20 Best Places to Work

Novartis is one of only four big pharma companies listed among the top 20 Best Places to Work, according to The Scientist. The list is based on a survey conducted between September and December 2011, in which 2,018 researchers and scientists rated the work environment of companies in the pharma sector.

Survey respondents saw “training and development” and “remuneration and benefits” as strengths for Novartis.

In general, researchers say they value an employer's ability to provide “deep personal and scientific satisfaction” the most.

Novartis is honored to receive numerous awards for research and development, our working environment, and our corporate responsibility activities.
