Novartis among Science Top 20 Employers
Novartis is once again among the top 20 in the Science 2012 Top Employer survey released Sept 21st. Key drivers in the magazine's flagship ranking included innovation, social responsibility, and a belief that important quality research is underway. The most important driver for the position of a company in the ranking was again “innovation”
Under the headline “Innovation In Everything” Science dedicates a full paragraph on NIBR's approach to innovation and the opportunities this has for its employees. Science quotes Mark Sawyer, global head of HR of NIBR.
